Rubi Cookie Notice
Last updated — June 2026
Introduction
This Cookie Notice explains how Rubi Intelligence (“Rubi”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the rubi.ai website, and the choices you have to control them. It supplements the Rubi Privacy Statement, which describes more broadly how we collect and use personal information.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep them secure, to remember preferences, and to understand how visitors use a site. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — serve comparable purposes, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this notice.
How the Rubi Website Uses Cookies
The Rubi website uses a deliberately minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not sell personal information collected through cookies. The cookies used on the website fall into the following categories:
Strictly necessary — cookies required to deliver the website itself, including hosting, security, and load-balancing cookies set by our infrastructure provider. These cannot be switched off.
Functional — cookies that remember choices you make, such as information you have entered into a form, so that pages work smoothly as you navigate.
The Rubi website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies for visitors.
Cookies in the Rubi Services
If you are a Rubi customer and sign in to the Rubi platform, additional cookies are used to operate the service. These include authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in securely, and product analytics cookies that help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. These cookies are used solely to provide and improve the Rubi services and are never used for advertising.
Third-Party Services
Some features of the Rubi website rely on third-party services. When you submit a form — for example, to subscribe to our newsletter or request a demo — the information you provide is processed by service providers acting on our behalf, as described in the Rubi Privacy Statement. These submissions are processed on our servers and do not place third-party advertising cookies in your browser.
The Rubi website also links to third-party sites and services, such as LinkedIn and our status page. If you follow those links, the third party may set its own cookies, governed by its own cookie and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
How to Control Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies entirely. You can usually find these controls in the “privacy” or “security” section of your browser’s preferences. Browsers also let you browse in a private or incognito mode, in which cookies are deleted when you close the window.
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the functioning of the website, and blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Rubi platform.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time as the cookies we use change or as legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
